Job Summary:
The HR Coordinator supports daily human resources operations, ensuring efficient administration of HR processes, employee records, recruitment activities, onboarding, and compliance with company policies. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and assists in delivering a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities:
- Help organize employee engagement activities, training sessions and company events
- Managed employee onboarding, documentation, and record maintenance.
- .Maintained HR databases, attendance records, and employee information.
- Supported HR operations by ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR report and maintain data base.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR administration or coordination.
- Knowledge of HR processes, labour laws, and employee lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
