Job Description & Duties
1. Booking Management
- Manage booking updates, amendments, and cancellations as per customer requests.
- Ensure all changes are accurately recorded and communicated.
- Regularly follow up with customers to gather trip details and ensure a smooth travel experience.
2. Inbound Calls
- Handle incoming calls from customers efficiently and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about services, bookings, and trip details.
3. WhatsApp Chat Communication
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp chat.
- Address questions, share booking details, and provide real-time assistance.
4. Complaints & Escalation
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Escalate critical issues to the appropriate team for prompt resolution.
- Ensure all complaints are closed within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT) target.
- Follow up with internal teams to expedite resolutions when necessary.
5. Feedback & Reviews
- Proactively request satisfied customers to leave positive Google reviews.
- Encourage feedback to enhance SimplyTrip’s online reputation.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
