We are looking for an enthusiastic, result-oriented, and dedicated Teacher for our Coaching Center. The ideal candidate must be capable of teaching All Subjects to Primary classes (1st to 5th) and specializing in English & SST (Social Studies) for Middle and Secondary classes (6th to 10th). - Class 1st to 5th: Teach All Subjects (English, Maths, EVS/Science, Hindi, etc.) with a focus on building strong foundational concepts.
- Class 6th to 10th: Teach English and SST as per the school/board syllabus.
- Prepare students effectively for school exams and board examinations (Class 10th).
- Conduct Weekly and Monthly Tests to monitor student progress and share feedback.
- Provide Personal Attention to weaker students and solve their doubts patiently.
- Keep parents updated regarding their child's academic performance and attendance.
- Create easy-to-understand notes, assignments, and practice worksheets.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: Graduate or Post-Graduate in any stream (English or Arts background preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in home tuitions, coaching centers, or schools.
- Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Teaching Style: Ability to explain complex topics in a simple, engaging, and interactive manner.
- Availability: Comfortable working during coaching hours (afternoon and evening shifts).
