Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations for our furniture manufacturing business. The ideal candidate should have experience handling factory/workforce recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, employee relations, and HR documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for factory, production, warehouse, sales, and office staff.
- Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities, documentation, and exit processes.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and personnel files.
- Coordinate with accounts for monthly payroll, salary inputs, incentives, overtime, and deductions.
- Manage manpower requirements in coordination with Production, Factory, Warehouse, and Operations teams.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate for PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, and other labour-related compliances.
- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, discipline, and workplace conduct.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, manpower reports, and attendance summaries.
- Support performance management, employee engagement, training, and retention initiatives.
- Handle disciplinary matters and issue HR-related notices whenever required.
- Coordinate with labour contractors and manage contract manpower, if applicable.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and recruitment.
- Experience in manufacturing/furniture/woodworking industry will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of payroll, attendance, PF, ESIC, and labour compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of MS Excel and HRMS/ERP software.
- Ability to handle blue-collar and white-collar employees.
- Strong problem-solving and employee-handling skills.
Qualification
MBA/PGDM in HR, MSW, or equivalent qualification preferred.
Ideal Candidate: Someone who can independently manage HR operations in a manufacturing environment and effectively handle both workforce and management requirements.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
