About the Role
Are you a tech or engineering graduate who is passionate about AI but enjoys business, client communication, and growth more than writing code all day?
eQOURSE & Tutrain is looking for a Technical BDR / AI Solutions Associate to work directly with the Founder from our Kota office. You will help drive our global B2B outreach by identifying international AI companies, autonomous technology businesses, and EdTech platforms that need custom AI data pipelines, data services, and digital content solutions.
This is a high-visibility role offering hands-on exposure to AI, international business development, sales strategy, market research, and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and build verified prospect lists of global AI startups, AI labs, autonomous technology companies, and EdTech enterprises.
- Research target companies, decision-makers, business requirements, and potential AI/data needs.
- Use prospecting platforms, web research, scraping tools, and AI workflows to identify and qualify leads.
- Create and execute personalized email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
- Connect with international decision-makers such as Heads of AI, ML Leads, CTOs, and VPs of Engineering.
- Understand prospects' data and AI challenges and communicate relevant eQOURSE & Tutrain solutions.
- Support technical discovery calls and initial client conversations.
- Work directly with the Founder to test new messaging, sales strategies, and market opportunities.
- Explore new international markets and industry verticals for business development.
- Track outreach, responses, qualified leads, meetings, and conversions.
- Experiment with AI tools and automation to improve lead generation and outreach efficiency.
Eligibility & Requirements
- B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / MCA / B.Sc. in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field.
- 0–2 years of experience; freshers with a strong STEM background are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts such as:
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Computer Vision
- Data Annotation
- AI Training & Evaluation Data
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them clearly.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Self-driven, energetic, and comfortable with targets and experimentation.
- Willingness to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Willingness to work full-time and on-site from our Kota, Rajasthan office.
Good to Have
- Experience with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or other B2B prospecting tools.
- Knowledge of lead generation and outbound sales.
- Exposure to web scraping or data research.
- Basic Python or scripting knowledge.
- Experience with AI tools or workflow automation platforms.
- Participation in E-Cell, MUN, debate societies, technical clubs, hackathons, or college entrepreneurship activities.
- Previous exposure to AI, SaaS, EdTech, data services, or technology businesses.

Compensation
₹3.0 LPA – ₹5.0 LPA Base Salary + Uncapped Performance Incentives
Final compensation will depend on skills, experience, and interview performance.

This is an on-site, full-time position. Candidates must be willing to work from our Kota office.
