Job Summary
We are seeking highly driven and entrepreneurial sales leaders to spearhead the pilot launch of our B2B fintech platform in the Guntur Corridor. The TSM/ASM will be responsible for building the foundational distributor network, leading field sales teams, driving retailer acquisition, and ensuring the successful achievement of our 1,000-retailer milestone.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, appoint, and onboard 20+ active distributors within the first 30 days.
- Develop and execute territory expansion strategies to achieve business and revenue objectives.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of Field Sales Executives (FSEs).
- Drive daily retailer acquisition and ensure high-quality retailer onboarding.
- Build and own the 90-day execution roadmap, including resource allocation and risk mitigation.
- Establish strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor distributor productivity and ensure achievement of onboarding and activation targets.
- Ensure smooth KYC compliance and documentation processes for distributors and retailers.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify new growth opportunities.
- Conduct regular market visits to review field performance and provide coaching.
- Drive platform adoption, retailer engagement, and order volume growth.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and present business insights to management.
- Coordinate with operations, credit, and support teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Ensure operational excellence and high customer satisfaction levels.
Experience Required
- 7 to 10 years of experience in FMCG, B2B Platforms, Fintech, NBFC, or Metro Retail Sales, specifically within the Andhra Pradesh market.
- Verifiable track record of direct relationships with regional distributors and channel partners.
- Proven ability to manage aggressive, time-bound acquisition targets and lead high-performing teams.
Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM / Master’s Degree preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related disciplines.
