About the Role
Nilansh Group is seeking a motivated and energetic Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) – Hotel & Resort Marketing to strengthen our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing new business opportunities, increasing bookings, and building long-term client relationships for our premium hospitality offerings.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and convert them into confirmed bookings for hotels, resorts, villas, banquets, and events.
- Meet corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, educational institutions, and other potential customers to develop business.
- Execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
- Coordinate with reservations and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Prepare daily sales reports, client visit reports, and business development updates.
- Represent Nilansh Group at exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: BBA/MBA (Marketing), Postgraduate Degree, or Degree in Hotel Management (HM).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in hotel, resort, hospitality, tourism, or sales & marketing.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools will be an added advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
