At MMW Corps & Skrilz, we are building the future of India's Healthcare OS and dominating healthcare M&A. I am looking for my right hand: a combined Executive Assistant & Corporate Legal Advisor.
This is not a job for the timid. I need a bold, high-energy LLB graduate who owns the room, moves fast, and executes flawlessly.
THE CATCH: TRAVEL IS MANDATORY.
If you don't like living out of a suitcase, keep scrolling. You will travel locally, nationally, and internationally—often on short notice. If you get homesick or tired of airplanes, this is not for you. We need someone who thrives on the road.
The Quick Stats:
Role: EA to the CEO + Corporate Legal Advisor (Integrated Role)
Location: Dehradun (Must be based here or ready to move)
Background: LLB with strong Corporate Law / Contracts / M&A knowledge
Experience: 0.6 to 2 Years
Age: 24–35 Years
Skills: Flawless English/Hindi, bold personality, high discretion.
You will manage my calendar, track cross-company operations, and travel with me—while independently drafting NDAs, managing M&A due diligence, and protecting our IP.
