We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our Academic Operations team and drive faculty management, engagement, and academic coordination initiatives across centers.
- Manage end-to-end Faculty Hiring across assigned centers
- Handle Faculty Management, coordination, engagement, and issue resolution
- Plan and execute Faculty Enrichment & Training Programs
- Drive PTM (Parent Teacher Meeting) processes and student mentorship initiatives
- Monitor NPS & feedback mechanisms from students and parents
- Manage faculty leave processes and policy coordination
- Conduct Teacher Pulse activities to improve faculty engagement
- Drive Rewards & Recognition (R&R) initiatives for faculty motivation
- Prepare workload, performance, and operational dashboards
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
- Good understanding of academic operations and faculty lifecycle management
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency for reporting and dashboarding
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in Academic / EdTech Operations preferred
