The candidate must have 2 years of experience in Steward in a reputed hotel or healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meal Service: Bring food trays from the main kitchen and serve meals or snacks to patient rooms according to medical diet orders.
- Diet Verification: Check patient names and diet rules before serving food.
- Cleanup & Sanitation: Wash dishes, clean kitchen tools, and keep pantry and dining spaces tidy.
- Waste Disposal: Clear used trays quickly and throw away garbage safely.
- Team Support: Work with kitchen staff to handle special food requests.
- Skills: Good communication, basic hygiene knowledge, physical stamina, and attention to detail.
