Job Summary
The Weighbridge Operator is responsible for accurately weighing incoming and outgoing vehicles, maintaining weighment records, preparing weighment slips, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and safety standards. The role requires coordination with transport, security, dispatch, and warehouse teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the computerized weighbridge system.
- Record gross, tare, and net weights accurately.
- Generate weighment slips, gate passes, and reports.
- Verify vehicle details, challans, invoices, and material documents.
- Maintain daily weighbridge registers and system records.
- Coordinate with drivers, transporters, warehouse, dispatch, and security staff.
- Report discrepancies, overloads, or weighbridge equipment issues.
- Ensure smooth traffic movement around the weighbridge.
- Maintain cleanliness of the weighbridge cabin and equipment.
- Follow company safety procedures and statutory weighing regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass; graduate preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, ERP/SAP/Tally is an advantage).
- 1–2 years of experience in weighbridge, logistics, manufacturing, mining, cement, or steel industries is preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
