- Develop CNC programs (G-code/M-code) based on engineering drawings
- Set up CNC machines (turning/milling) including tooling, fixtures, and offsets
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models
- Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds
- Perform first-off inspection and ensure components meet quality standards
- Optimize programs for cycle time and efficiency
- Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments
- Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams
- Maintain machine cleanliness and ensure adherence to safety standards
- Document programs, setup sheets, and process parameters
