We are looking for a skilled and dedicated X-Ray Technician to perform diagnostic imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety and high-quality imaging standards. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform X-ray imaging procedures as prescribed by physicians.
- Prepare patients for X-ray examinations and explain the procedure.
- Position patients correctly to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
- Operate and maintain X-ray equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow radiation safety protocols to protect patients and staff.
- Ensure accurate patient identification and maintain imaging records.
- Assist radiologists and physicians in diagnostic procedures when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of imaging equipment and work areas.
- Report equipment malfunctions and coordinate maintenance.
- Adhere to hospital policies, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Radiology, Medical Imaging Technology, or a related field.
- Valid registration with the relevant State Paramedical Council (if applicable).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible to apply.
- Knowledge of radiographic positioning and imaging techniques.
- Understanding of radiation safety and infection control practices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and handle patients with care and professionalism.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Digital Radiography (DR) and Computed Radiography (CR) systems.
- Familiarity with PACS and Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
- Strong attention to detail and patient care.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and emergency duties, if required.
