We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Junior Desktop Support Executive to provide day-to-day IT support for end users. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware/software issues, supporting Windows and Mac systems, and assisting with IT infrastructure and user lifecycle processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Windows and macOS desktops/laptops
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and applications
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control
- Support and maintain Office 365 environment (Outlook, Teams, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and resolve Outlook and email-related issues
- Assist with mail server configurations and basic troubleshooting
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including system setup and access provisioning
- Provide support for NAS (Synology) storage systems
- Diagnose and resolve basic network-related issues (LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity, IP configuration, etc.)
- Maintain documentation of IT processes and issue resolutions
- Coordinate with senior IT staff for escalations when required
Technical Skills Required:
- Knowledge of Windows & macOS environments
- Hands-on experience with Office 365 support
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with NAS storage (Synology preferred)
- Understanding of mail servers and email protocols
- Basic knowledge of firewall concepts and security practices

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk role
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
