Core Responsibilities
- Business & P&L Management: Drive revenue growth, manage store budgets, and analyze sales KPIs to maximize profitability in the highly competitive Delhi/NCR market.
- Team Leadership & Training: Recruit, train, and mentor floor staff, assistant managers, and client advisors to deliver premium customer experiences.
- Customer Experience: Spearhead high-end clienteling, manage escalated customer issues, and build long-term relationships with local and expat clientele.
- Operations & Compliance: Ensure seamless daily operations, visual merchandising standards, and strict adherence to retail and safety policies.
- Inventory Management: Oversee stock control, analyze regional product demand, and coordinate with the supply chain to minimize shrinkages and out-of-stocks.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 7–15 years in retail management with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Store Director, Flagship Store Manager) handling large-scale retail spaces.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Delhi/NCR retail landscape, consumer behavior, and local competitor trends.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi; proficiency in regional or international languages is a plus for luxury retail.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
