Store Manager – Job Responsibilities
- Manage overall store operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
- Achieve sales targets and maximize store profitability
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team to deliver excellent customer service
- Monitor staff performance and maintain productivity levels
- Handle inventory management, stock audits, and replenishment
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Resolve customer complaints and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Monitor store expenses and control operational costs
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and safety standards
- Coordinate with regional managers and support teams for business growth
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and manpower planning
- Drive promotional activities and local marketing initiatives
- Maintain store hygiene, security, and operational discipline
- Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to improve results
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
