Experience : 2-3 Years
Salary Range: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month
Location : Delhi Hauz Khas
Working Days : 5.5 Days(2nd & 4th Sat off & Sunday fix off)
Key Responsibilities
1. eLearning Development:
o Create interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline, Camtasia and other articulate tools.
o Incorporate multimedia elements, animations, and simulations to enhance learner engagement.
o Develop assessments, quizzes, and scenarios aligned with learning objectives.
2. Graphics and Video Creation:
o Record and edit screen captures, tutorials, and instructional videos using Camtasia.
o Add voiceovers, captions, and other multimedia elements to ensure accessibility
o Design, develop, and localize interactive eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Camtasia, and other Articulate tools.
o Create visually appealing graphics and assets using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
o Edit and enhance audio-video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other tools.
3. Collaboration:
o Coordinate closely with clients over the calls, meetings through emails to understand the requirements and share updates on the progress.
o Collaborate with internal and external teams including subject matter experts (SMEs), instructional designers, and stakeholders, audio and video production teams to ensure effective learning outcomes.
4. Quality Assurance:
o Ensure projects align with branding, style guides, and technical requirements.
o Conduct testing to ensure functionality, compatibility, and accessibility of eLearning content.
o Debug and resolve issues in Storyline and Camtasia projects.
5. Project Management:
o Manage multiple eLearning projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
o Maintain version control and organize files systematically for seamless collaboration.
Required Skills and Qualifications
1. Technical Expertise
o eLearning Tools: Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, Vyond, Rise 360
o Video Production: Camtasia Studio, Adobe Premiere Pro, Audacity, Adobe Animate, After Effects, Vyond.
o Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, GIMP
o LMS Integration: SCORM, xAPI, AICC, LMS testing and deployment,
o Web Technologies: Basic HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript for responsive design
o Audio: Audacity, Adobe AuditionDesign Skills
2. eLearning and Instructional Design:
o Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
o Experience developing scenario-based learning, gamification, or microlearning content.
3. Soft Skills:
o Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
o Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
o Time management skills to handle multiple projects effectively.
Good command on verbal and written English language.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
