Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Officer to drive B2B sales and expand our customer base in the Pharma, Biotech, and Industrial Equipment sectors. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for field sales, and the ability to build long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in Pharma, Biotech, and Industrial sectors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective B2B clients.
- Conduct field visits to meet customers, understand their requirements, and promote company products.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, product delivery, and customer support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM records.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (Science, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Marketing, or Business preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B Field Sales, preferably in Pharma Products, Biotech, or Industrial Equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field sales activities.
- Candidate must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
