Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Head to lead the execution of premium luxury high-rise residential projects using Mivan Construction Technology. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in managing end-to-end construction activities, ensuring timely project delivery, maintaining the highest quality standards, and leading multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee complete execution of luxury high-rise residential projects from planning to handover.
- Manage projects constructed using Mivan Aluminium Formwork Technology.
- Develop project execution strategies, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and cost control measures.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor site progress and resolve technical and execution-related challenges.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, safety norms, and quality management systems.
- Lead project planning, procurement coordination, billing, and contract management.
- Review engineering drawings, BOQs, and construction methodologies.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and prepare progress reports for senior management.
- Implement best construction practices to improve productivity and minimize project risks.
- Mentor and lead project managers, engineers, site staff, and subcontractors.
Candidate Profile
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech preferred).
- Minimum 20 years of experience in construction, with significant experience in Mivan construction technology.
- Proven experience in delivering luxury high-rise residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of RCC structures, finishing works, MEP coordination, façade systems, and premium interior specifications.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in project planning tools such as MS Project or Primavera is preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience
- Successfully delivered multiple luxury residential towers of G+20 floors or above.
- Expertise in Mivan shuttering systems and fast-track construction methodologies.
- Experience in managing premium finishing works, including imported marble flooring, luxury modular kitchens, designer bathrooms, HVAC systems, aluminium glazing, and high-end façade works.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance, safety standards, and project cost optimization.
