We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist – Medical Faculty Recruitment to join our team in Bhiwadi and manage end-to-end recruitment for medical colleges, universities, hospitals, and healthcare institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment of medical faculty for clients across India.
- Source candidates for positions such as Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, HOD, Dean, Medical Superintendent, and other academic/medical leadership roles.
- Understand client requirements, JDs, eligibility criteria, specialization, experience, and compensation structure.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, databases, references, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial screening and assess candidates based on qualification, specialization, teaching experience, clinical experience, publications, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including screening, interviews, documentation, negotiations, and joining.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified medical professionals across different specializations.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for interview scheduling, feedback, and offer closure.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in the ATS/recruitment portal.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
- Build and maintain a network of doctors, medical faculty, and healthcare professionals.
- Ensure timely submission of client-shareable CVs against assigned requirements.
- Follow up consistently with candidates to ensure successful offer acceptance and joining.
Required Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / Healthcare Recruitment / Medical Faculty Recruitment.
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in medical, healthcare, medical education, or faculty hiring.
- Candidates with experience recruiting Doctors, Medical Faculty, HODs, Professors, Associate Professors, and Assistant Professors will be preferred.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and candidate-management abilities.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and closures simultaneously.
