Job Location: Thiruvananthapuram
Qualification:
- B.Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in construction projects
- Proven experience in high-rise building projects
- Experience in handling multiple projects will be an added advantage
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee planning, execution, and completion of construction projects
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, consultants, and contractors
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality standards
- Monitor project schedules, resource allocation, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and statutory requirements
- Report progress and risks to senior management
Key Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and project controls
- Good communication and decision-making abilities
