We are hiring Advisors (Customer Experience Executives) to handle customer calls and queries for multiple clients. The role involves assisting customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth service experience.
Responsibilities:
· Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
· Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
· Maintain call quality and service standards.
· Update call details in the system/CRM.
· Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Requirements:
· Any Graduate
· Execellent communication skills in English, Hindi, Tamil & Kanada
· Basic computer and typing knowledge.
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
