We are looking for a passionate Technical Trainer who enjoys enabling talent and shaping the next generation of Data Engineers and Analytics professionals.
The ideal candidate will design and deliver industry-relevant training programs covering SQL, ETL, data engineering platforms, dashboarding, and cloud technologies. This role requires someone who can translate complex technical concepts into structured, engaging, and hands-on learning experiences.
You will work closely with technology leaders, project teams, and clients to ensure training content aligns with industry standards and real-world project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
· Design and develop comprehensive technical training programs for Data Engineering and Analytics.
· Deliver instructor-led training, workshops, and hands-on labs.
· Build structured curriculum and learning paths for tools like SQL, ETL platforms, BI tools, and cloud technologies.
· Ensure training programs align with client project requirements and industry standards.
· Create assessment frameworks, assignments, and project-based learning modules.
· Mentor trainees and evaluate their readiness for real-time project deployment.
· Continuously update content based on latest technology trends and tools.
· Work with leadership and delivery teams to identify training needs and skill gaps.

Qualification
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Prior experience working with data engineering teams. Ability to adapt to different learning styles and cater to diverse audiences.
· Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in using instructional technologies and tools.
Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Baner, Pune, Maharashtra
