Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Field Marketing & Business Development Executive to drive on-ground marketing and lead generation activities for one of our clients. The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of experience in sales/marketing or business development and be comfortable with extensive field work.
This role involves working closely with schools, gated communities, and campaign teams to generate leads, build relationships, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute field marketing activities across schools and gated communities
- Generate leads through on-ground campaigns and activations
- Lead and manage campaign executives for smooth execution
- Coordinate and oversee marketing drives and promotional events
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and partners
- Track leads, follow-ups, and conversion activities
- Support business development initiatives and achieve targets
Requirements
- MBA / BBA in Marketing or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales / Marketing / Business Development
- Willingness to work extensively in the field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead teams and manage on-ground activities
- Target-driven with a proactive approach
