Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies for our hospital, increase brand awareness, patient footfall, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Manage digital marketing, social media, and hospital promotions.
- Develop strategies for patient acquisition and lead generation.
- Build corporate and referral partnerships.
- Organize health camps and promotional activities.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and campaign performance.
- Manage the marketing team and achieve departmental targets.
- Prepare regular marketing reports for management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare/hospitals.
- Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
