Role Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive Client Servicing Account Executive to support client communication, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth project execution. You will work closely with the creative, design, strategy, and video production teams to ensure that client expectations are understood, communicated, and met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily client communication and follow-ups.
- Understand and translate client briefs accurately for internal teams.
- Most importantly manage and streamline the video editing team to ensure efficient workflow, task allocation, and quality control.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and client approvals across video and creative assets.
- Prepare client presentations, project proposals, and maintain updated client records.
Requirements:
- Strong communication, inter-personal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage video pipelines, and thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, video production, and agency workflows.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience: 2 to 3 years
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
