Sustainable Medical Billing (SMB) is a rapidly growing healthcare Revenue Cycle Management organization expanding through strategic acquisitions. We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager – Mergers & Acquisitions Integration to lead the planning, execution, and integration of acquired organizations.
This is not a traditional project coordinator position. This position is ideal for an experienced Project Manager who understands project management methodologies and has successfully led large, complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, workstreams, and organizational change efforts. Previous M&A experience is highly preferred; however, candidates with extensive experience leading enterprise-wide transformation, system implementations, integrations, or business process initiatives are encouraged to apply.
You will be responsible for driving acquisition and integration projects from due diligence through post-acquisition integration, ensuring that projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
· Lead Mergers and Acquisitions projects and integration initiatives from planning through execution and closure.
· Develop project charters, project plans, schedules, work breakdown structures, and integration roadmaps.
· Coordinate activities across Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Revenue Cycle Operations, Compliance, and Executive Leadership.
· Facilitate project governance meetings and provide executive-level reporting.
· Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, change requests and stakeholder expectations.
· Establish communication plans and lead project meetings.
· Develop and maintain project documentation and implementation roadmaps.
· Monitor project performance and proactively remove obstacles to execution.
· track integration milestones and key performance indicators.
· Drive accountability across multiple workstreams while ensuring organizational readiness and successful adoption of changes.
· Support due diligence and integration activities associated with acquisitions.
· Identify opportunities to improve integration processes and project management methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.
- Five (5) or more years of professional project management experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including traditional and Agile approaches.
- Experience with project management tools and reporting methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence without direct authority and effectively manage competing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, post-acquisition integrations, or corporate development initiatives.
- Healthcare or Revenue Cycle Management experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly preferred.
- Experience working with global teams across multiple countries and time zones.
Pay: ₹450,075.00 - ₹1,859,273.63 per year
