Role Description
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for generating student admissions through effective marketing, branding, and relationship-building activities. The role involves extensive fieldwork, school outreach, lead generation, event execution, and coordination of marketing campaigns to increase the institute's visibility and achieve admission targets.
The Marketing Executive will represent the institute professionally while building long-term relationships with schools, students, parents, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Student Acquisition & Admissions Support
- Generate quality leads for admissions into JEE, NEET, Foundation, and other academic programs.
- Meet monthly and annual lead generation and admission targets.
- Support the admissions team in converting inquiries into enrolments.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents to maximize conversions.
2. School & Institutional Outreach
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with school principals, directors, coordinators, teachers, and career counsellors.
- Conduct regular visits to schools and educational institutions.
- Coordinate permission for seminars, workshops, scholarship exams, career counselling sessions, and promotional activities.
- Build long-term institutional partnerships.
3. Marketing Activities
- Execute offline marketing campaigns including:
- School visits
- Roadshows
- Education fairs
- Career guidance seminars
- Scholarship Test promotions
- Parent interaction programs
- Local branding activities
- Assist in planning and execution of online marketing campaigns in coordination with the digital marketing team.
- Ensure proper distribution of brochures, flyers, banners, standees, and promotional materials.
4. Event Management
- Coordinate and execute institute events, seminars, workshops, open houses, and scholarship examinations.
- Ensure smooth planning and execution of promotional activities.
- Manage event logistics and stakeholder coordination.
5. Relationship Management
- Build positive relationships with students, parents, schools, coaching partners, and community organizations.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective students.
- Address basic queries regarding courses, admissions, scholarships, and institute offerings.
6. Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities, fee structures, scholarship offerings, and marketing initiatives.
- Collect market feedback and submit periodic reports.
- Identify emerging opportunities for student acquisition.
7. Brand Promotion
- Represent the institute at educational events and public forums.
- Maintain a professional image while interacting with stakeholders.
- Promote the Motion Education brand with integrity and enthusiasm.
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all promotional activities.
8. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily records of:
- School visits
- Meetings conducted
- Leads generated
- Follow-ups completed
- Events attended
- Admissions influenced
- Update CRM and MIS regularly.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports to the Center Head.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in education marketing, admissions, sales, EdTech, or similar industries.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a passion for marketing may also be considered.
