Role: Content Creator Intern
Stipend: ₹5,000 / month (Internship Period: 6 Months)
Full-Time PPO Opportunity: ₹4.0 LPA (Based on performance post-internship)

About the Role
We are looking for a creative, energetic, and trend-savvy Content Creator Intern to join our team. During this 6-month internship, you will work on crafting engaging visual and written content across our social media channels. High performers will be offered a full-time role with a CTC of ₹4.0 LPA upon completion of the internship.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style content) and graphics.
- Copywriting: Draft catchy captions, video scripts, and engaging copy tailored for different social platforms.
- Trend Analysis: Keep up with social media trends, viral formats, and audio to keep our brand relevant.
- Channel Strategy: Assist in planning monthly content calendars and scheduling posts across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments, and help grow an active online audience.
Requirements
- Strong passion for content creation with a portfolio or sample work (links to personal/managed social pages are welcome).
- Basic editing skills using tools like CapCut, Canva.
- Good command of English/Hindi/Marathi for writing engaging scripts and captions.
- Ability to work comfortably in front of or behind the camera.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet content deadlines.
