We are looking for an experienced and proactive B2B Sales Manager to lead our lead conversion and field sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete customer journey from inquiry to meeting, supervising a team of telecallers, coordinating field visits, and ensuring maximum conversion of leads into customers.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management
- Manage all incoming leads from Meta Ads, website inquiries, walk-ins, phone calls, referrals, and other marketing channels.
- Ensure every lead is contacted promptly and followed up systematically.
- Qualify prospects and prioritize high-potential opportunities.
Team Management
- Lead and supervise a team of 2 telecalling executives.
- Allocate leads, monitor daily calling activities, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Train, coach, and improve the team's performance.
- Track KPIs and maintain accountability for lead conversion.
Meeting & Sales Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate customer meetings.
- Assign field sales executives to customer meetings based on location and availability.
- Ensure meetings are properly planned and attended.
- Accompany sales executives to important or high-value customer meetings whenever required.
- Monitor meeting outcomes and ensure post-meeting follow-up is completed.
Sales Process Management
- Build and maintain an efficient lead management and sales process.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Drive continuous improvements in customer response time and sales performance.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience in sales, inside sales, or business development.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience coordinating field sales teams and customer meetings.
- Comfortable traveling to attend important client meetings when required.
- Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and sales reporting.
- Highly organized, target-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
