Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Drafter to create detailed design drawings, plans, and visualizations for various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural drafting, proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
* Create detailed architectural and interior design drawings and plans using Revit (working drawings).
* Ensure drawings meet technical specifications and client requirements.
* Accurately represent MEP components in plans.
* Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design adherence.
* Identify and resolve on-site design issues to the interior design.
* Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure timely task completion.
* Coordinate with vendors ,consultants and suppliers for materials and furnishings.
* Assist in client meetings to present design concepts and updates.
* Address client feedback and incorporate changes into the design.
Requirements:
* Diploma in interior design, Architecture or a related field.
*8-10 years of experience in architectural/ interior drafting, preferably in government projects, schools, hospitals, stadiums, and city redevelopment.
* Technical skills :
* Revit proficiency is a must.
*Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD for detailed drafting.
*Skilled in MS Office for documentation and communication.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
