Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise day-to-day hospital facility operations and support services.
* Monitor housekeeping, cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene standards throughout the hospital.
* Coordinate with maintenance teams for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, and other facility-related issues.
* Ensure timely reporting and resolution of breakdowns and facility complaints.
* Supervise security services and ensure compliance with hospital security protocols.
* Monitor biomedical/general waste segregation, collection, and disposal in coordination with concerned departments.
* Conduct regular facility rounds and identify safety, cleanliness, and maintenance concerns.
* Maintain records of maintenance activities, complaints, inspections, and service reports.
* Coordinate with external vendors and service providers and monitor their performance.
* Ensure availability and proper functioning of essential utilities and equipment.
* Support fire safety, emergency preparedness, disaster management, and evacuation procedures.
* Ensure compliance with hospital policies, statutory requirements, infection prevention practices, and safety standards.
* Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments to address facility-related requirements.
* Supervise facility staff, allocate duties, monitor attendance, and ensure proper discipline.
* Conduct regular inspections and submit reports to hospital management.
* Assist during audits, inspections, accreditation assessments, and regulatory visits.
* Promote a safe, professional, and patient-friendly hospital environment.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
