Responsibility:
1. Recruitment Strategy Development:
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
· Create job descriptions and advertisements that accurately reflect the required qualifications and job responsibilities.
2. Sourcing and Screening:
· Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals to source potential candidates.
· Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
· Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate suitability and cultural fit.
3. Candidate Management:
· Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing timely updates on the status of their application and next steps.
· Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders.
· Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary.
4. Recruitment Process Coordination:
· Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
· Collaborate with hiring managers to coordinate interview panels and provide guidance on effective interviewing techniques.
· Assist with the preparation and presentation of job offers, negotiating terms and finalizing employment agreements.
· Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
· Represent the organization at job fairs, career events, and networking opportunities.
· Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources.
. Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:
· Track and analyze recruitment data, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire, to identify areas for improvement.
· Generate regular reports and provide insights to management on recruitment activities and outcomes.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
· Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
· Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
· Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
· Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
· Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and channels.
· Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
