Job Summary
SMG Engineering is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Diploma Civil or B.E./B. Tech Civil Engineering freshers to join our RMC operations as Site Supervisors. The selected candidates will supervise concrete pouring activities, coordinate with site teams, and ensure quality and timely execution of RMC works.
Responsibilities
- Supervise RMC pouring activities at construction sites.
- Coordinate with the batching plant, pump operators, and client/site engineers.
- Monitor concrete quality, including slump tests and cube sample collection.
- Maintain daily site reports and concrete delivery records.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Resolve basic site coordination issues and report progress to the Plant Manager.
- Ensure efficient use of manpower and equipment.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of concrete technology and construction practices.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word is preferred.
