Job Summary
The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day interior fit-out activities at project sites, ensuring work is executed according to design specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines. The role involves coordinating with contractors, vendors, designers, and clients to ensure the successful completion of interior projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities for residential, commercial, and office interior projects.
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, painters, false ceiling teams, flooring contractors, and other interior vendors.
- Ensure execution is as per approved drawings, BOQs, and design specifications.
- Monitor work quality and maintain high finishing standards.
- Plan and track daily work progress to meet project deadlines.
- Coordinate material deliveries and verify quantities received on site.
- Identify and resolve on-site execution issues promptly.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety practices and company standards.
- Attend client meetings and provide project updates when required.
- Coordinate with the design and project management teams for design clarifications and execution changes.
- Prepare site measurements and verify completed work before billing or handover.
- Support snagging, punch list closure, and final project handover.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out, interior execution, or turnkey interior projects.
- Freshers with relevant internship experience may also be considered for junior roles.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of interior materials and finishes.
- Knowledge of modular furniture, gypsum work, false ceilings, flooring, painting, glass, partitions, and MEP coordination.
- Ability to read interior drawings and layouts.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and project reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple contractors and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with residential, commercial, or office interior projects.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD drawings and BOQs.
- Knowledge of quality control and site documentation.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel between project sites.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
