Key Responsibilities Referral Marketing Build and maintain relationships with General Practitioners (GPs), clinics, nursing homes, and referring consultants. Increase referrals for ENT, General Surgery, Cancer Surgery, Hearing & Speech Care, and other specialties. Conduct regular doctor visits and referral meetings. Corporate & Institutional Business Develop tie-ups with industries, factories, schools, colleges, hotels, and government organizations. Secure annual health check-up contracts. Generate occupational health and employee wellness business. Community Outreach Organize health camps, awareness programs, CMEs, and screening initiatives. Coordinate with NGOs, RWAs, educational institutions, and community organizations. Brand Development Identify local branding opportunities. Coordinate with the digital marketing team for campaigns. Collect market intelligence and competitor information. Revenue Growth Meet monthly patient acquisition and revenue targets. Track referral conversion and ROI of marketing activities. Submit weekly and monthly business reports. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree (MBA Marketing preferred). 3–6 years of business development experience. Hospital, diagnostics, pharma, medical devices, or healthcare experience preferred. Strong local network in Chhattisgarh is an advantage. Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel extensively.
