Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance professional for our apparel operations. The role will be responsible for checking product quality, ensuring process compliance, and maintaining standards across raw material, in-process, and final inspection stages. This position will also require frequent travel to factories and vendor locations for quality checks and follow-ups.indeed+1
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect apparel products at raw material, in-process, and final stages.
- Ensure product quality matches company standards and internal specifications.
- Identify defects in fabric, stitching, finishing, color, sizing, and workmanship.
- Coordinate with production, merchandising, and vendor teams to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and daily QA reports.
- Monitor adherence to SOPs and QC standards.
- Support pre-production, inline, and final inspections.
- Follow up on rejection, rework, and corrective actions.
- Assist in improving quality processes and reducing defects.
- Travel to factories, vendor locations, and other operational sites as required.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of apparel fabrics, garments, and quality checkpoints.
- Understanding of inspection methods and AQL standards.
- Ability to identify defects and take corrective action.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic reporting and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Desired Qualification
- Graduate / Diploma in Apparel, Textile, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in apparel quality assurance or quality control.
- Experience in menswear T-shirts, shirts, and trousers preferred.indeed+1
