Job Summary
The Sales Manager – B2B is responsible for developing and managing business relationships with wholesalers, retailers, distributors, and corporate clients to drive sales growth for the company's jewellery manufacturing business. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, maintaining existing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify and acquire new jewellery retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and corporate customers.
- Build and maintain long-term business relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Present new jewellery collections, designs, and product catalogues to customers.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial agreements in line with company policies.
- Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Coordinate with the Design, Production, Planning, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely execution of customer orders.
- Monitor order status, delivery schedules, and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues promptly and
- professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales forecasts, and sales reports.
- Analyze market trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies.
- Participate in jewellery exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer events to promote the company's products.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments in coordination with the Finance department.
- Prepare monthly sales performance reports and business development plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical business practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce (B.Com), or a related field.
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the jewellery manufacturing or precious metals industry.
- Proven experience in handling jewellery retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and corporate clients.
- Strong network within the jewellery industry will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
