We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Lead Generation Specialist who can identify potential clients, connect with decision-makers, and generate qualified meetings for our sales team.
The ideal candidate should be confident in LinkedIn outreach, email prospecting, cold calling, and researching businesses across different industries.
Responsibilities
- Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, Google, Clutch, Apollo, Upwork, Fiverr, and other online platforms.
- Research companies and identify decision-makers.
- Build targeted prospect lists.
- Send personalized LinkedIn connection requests and follow-up messages.
- Execute cold email outreach campaigns.
- Make cold calls to qualified prospects.
- Qualify leads before scheduling meetings.
- Maintain CRM and update lead status regularly.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
- Stay updated with AI tools that improve prospecting efficiency.
