Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven HR Recruiter with 1-2 years of experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end recruitment cycles, managing multiple requirements, and delivering quality hires within tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT and Non-IT roles Understand job requirements from hiring managers and translate them into effective hiring strategies Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and vendor networks
2. IT & Non-IT Hiring Handle IT roles such as developers, testers, support engineers, etc. Manage Non-IT hiring including admin, operations, HR, finance, and support staff Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates
3. Stakeholder Management Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role expectations and timelines Provide regular updates on hiring progress and pipeline status Ensure alignment between business needs and candidate profiles
4. Candidate Management Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer rollouts Negotiate salary and close candidates efficiently
5. Sourcing Strategy Use multiple sourcing techniques including LinkedIn, job portals, and networking Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring roles Explore innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
6. Reporting & Metrics Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rate Maintain recruitment databases and reports
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 1-2 years of experience in recruitment (IT + Non-IT mandatory)
Strong understanding of technical roles and hiring trends Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in job portals and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.) Key Competencies Strong multitasking and time management
Target-driven and result-oriented Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Pay: Up to ₹1,000.00 per week
