Landeed, a pioneering company dedicated to revolutionizing the land registry and real estate sectors with innovative technology, is currently seeking Online Support Executives to enhance our customer support team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our mission, providing exceptional service and support to our users. Given our diverse client base, proficiency in regional languages such as Kannada, Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, or Marathi, depending on the location of our operations, is crucial. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about customer service and eager to contribute to making property transactions more transparent, efficient, and accessible.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be the engine behind our online order fulfilment — making sure every customer request moves through the system cleanly, quickly, and without getting stuck. Your day will look like:
- Submit applications on government portals (land records, registration systems, municipal platforms) accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update Google Sheets order trackers — logging status, timelines, and exceptions without being told twice.
- Reach out to customers to collect missing documents, clarifications, or approvals needed to keep orders moving.
- Flag stuck or at-risk orders to your team lead before they breach deadlines — not after.
- Coordinate with internal operations and field teams when an order needs offline support.
- Keep records clean: every order should have a clear status, a clear owner, and a clear next step.
What We’re Looking For
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Comfortable working on government websites and online portals — you’ve filled out forms, submitted documents, navigated clunky interfaces.
- Solid command of Google Sheets: data entry, basic formulas, and keeping a tracker in good shape.
- Clear written communication in English. Able to send professional messages to customers asking for documents or explaining a delay.
- Structured and detail-oriented: you notice when something’s missing before it becomes someone else’s problem.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
