Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹80,000 per month OR up to 30% hike on current CTC
- Performance Incentives: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
- Monitor sales performance, inventory management, and stock replenishment.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards and store presentation are maintained.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Prepare sales reports and coordinate with management on business performance.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Candidate Requirements
- Languages: English and Marathi (Mandatory)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Store Manager in any retail brand.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing retail operations.
