Job Responsibilities:
- Provide first aid and basic medical care to employees at the workplace.
- Monitor employees’ health and maintain medical records.
- Attend to workplace injuries, illnesses, and medical emergencies.
- Coordinate with doctors, hospitals, and ambulance services when required.
- Conduct basic health checks such as BP, temperature, blood sugar, and other vital signs.
- Support occupational health and workplace wellness programs.
- Maintain stock and records of medicines, first-aid supplies, and medical equipment.
- Assist in health camps, medical screenings, and vaccination programs.
- Educate employees on health, hygiene, safety, and preventive healthcare.
- Maintain accurate documentation and submit regular health-related reports.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety guidelines.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
