Position: Senior US IT Recruiter
Location: Kalinga Vihar, Bhubaneswar
Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zone)
Experience: 1-3 yrs experience
Work Mode: Onsite
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing → screening → interviewing → closing).
Source candidates via job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit.
Work on C2C, W2, and 1099 hiring models.
Negotiate rates, contracts, and offers with candidates.
Coordinate with US clients and account managers to understand hiring needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities.
Willingness to work in night shifts (US time zone).
