- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager – Immigration to lead and oversee our immigration division. The ideal candidate will manage a team of professionals, provide expert guidance to clients, and ensure that all immigration processes are executed with accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the immigration department with a focus on service quality and client satisfaction.
- Provide professional advice on study visas, permanent residency, work permits, and other immigration programs.
- Supervise, mentor, and train team members while monitoring performance and productivity.
- Ensure accuracy in documentation, file preparation, and compliance with immigration policies.
- Stay updated with the latest immigration laws, regulations, and policy changes.
- Achieve company goals, service standards, and maintain high client satisfaction levels.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the immigration industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
