Job Purpose:
To drive business growth and market expansion for the Winterwear category across North India by developing distribution networks, managing regional sales teams, achieving revenue targets, and strengthening market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive achievement of primary and secondary sales targets across assigned North India territories.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company business objectives.
- Appoint, manage, and strengthen distributors, dealers, wholesalers, and retail channels.
- Expand market penetration and identify new business opportunities in key North markets.
- Lead and monitor Area Sales Managers (ASM), Sales Officers, and field teams.
- Track sell-through performance and ensure optimum stock availability during seasonal demand.
- Manage sales forecasting, inventory planning, and market-wise assortment allocation.
- Conduct regular market visits, distributor reviews, and retailer engagement activities.
- Monitor collection efficiency, debtor management, and credit controls.
- Analyze competitor activity, pricing, consumer trends, and seasonal demand patterns.
- Ensure execution of trade marketing activities and seasonal promotional campaigns.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, sales dashboards, and business reviews.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
