Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor daily work activities to ensure compliance with safety rules, company policies, and statutory regulations.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts, ensuring timely corrective actions.
- Supervise the implementation of safe work practices for high-risk activities such as work at height, hot work, lifting operations, confined space entry, and excavation.
- Ensure all workers use the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow established safety procedures.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness programs to educate workers on workplace hazards and safe work practices.
- Report, investigate, and document incidents, accidents, and near-miss events, and assist in implementing preventive measures.
- Verify work permits and ensure permit-to-work requirements are followed before the commencement of hazardous jobs.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and workers to maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
- Inspect firefighting equipment, emergency exits, first aid facilities, and other safety equipment to ensure readiness and compliance.
- Maintain safety records, inspection reports, training records, and daily safety observations while supporting compliance with organizational and legal safety requirements.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
