About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Non-Profit Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for NGOs, foundations, social impact organizations, and development sector clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong background in hiring across the non-profit domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and networking.
- Hire for roles across NGOs, CSR, education, healthcare, livelihoods, and social impact sectors.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.
- Screen resumes and assess candidates' technical and behavioural fit.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for non-profit positions.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely stakeholder communication.
- Meet monthly hiring targets and maintain recruitment reports.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the Non-Profit/NGO sector.
- Strong understanding of development sector hiring.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
