About the Role
TechRBM is looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong US Mortgage Services / Mortgage Servicing expertise to lead technology projects, client delivery, and hands-on UAT activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end mortgage technology projects, including scope, timelines, risks, resources, and delivery.
- Drive collaboration across BA, Development, QA, UAT, DevOps, and Production teams.
- Lead UAT planning, execution, defect triage, regression validation, and business sign-off.
- Validate mortgage servicing workflows, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage US client communication, status reviews, release readiness, and escalations.
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, backlog readiness, RAID management, and release planning.
Required Skills
- 8–12 years of overall IT/Project Management experience.
- 4+ years of meaningful experience in US Mortgage Services / Mortgage Servicing.
- Strong hands-on UAT experience.
- Good understanding of mortgage lifecycle, servicing, loan boarding, payments, escrow, delinquency/default, loss mitigation, and servicing transfers.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Jira/Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Project, Excel/PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of APIs, SQL, databases, cloud, and enterprise integrations is an advantage.
Important: Work From Home (US Client-Aligned Shift) during the project. Once the project concludes, the role will transition to Work From Office (Mohali) – General Shift.
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field. PMP/PMI-ACP/Scrum/SAFe certification is preferred.
