Looking for a self-driven well-disciplined Ex-Serviceman or Retired Defence/Military Staff as Head Roofing Steels and Accessories manufacturing Factory at Sulur Coimbatore TN who should be able to oversee all day/night factory Operations, leading teams to meet production goals and timely despatch while ensuring quality, safety and cost efficiency, leading teams of inventory, maintenance, logistics scheduling, staff training with absolute control.
- Team leadership: Supervise and coordinate production workers, assign tasks, and monitor their performance.
- Production management: Create and manage production schedules, monitor workflow, and ensure production targets are met.
- Quality control: Monitor the production process to ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
- Operations and troubleshooting: Troubleshoot production issues, facilitate corrections for equipment malfunctions, and coordinate equipment repairs and maintenance.
- Inventory and materials: Manage inventory levels and coordinate material requirements for production.
- Staff development: Train, develop, and mentor staff to improve their skills and performance.
- Reporting: Report production metrics and overall performance to management.
